Materials Fee

The Materials Fee provides textbook usage and consumable learning supplies for academic subjects and free student admission to MZCS home basketball games.  It does not include field trips, lunches, personal school supplies, school pictures, choir t-shirt fees, PE t-shirt fees, or yearbook. The Materials Fee is non-refundable. Non consumable textbooks and readers are the property of MZCS.

Annual Tuition

The Annual Tuition Fee receives a 5% discount.  If not paid by the due date, tuition will automatically revert to the 10 month payment plan.

10 Month Tuition

The 10 month payment plan is billed from August 1 through May 1.  It is not prorated, but merely the annual tuition divided by 10 equal payments. The first month’s tuition is non-refundable.

The 12 month payment plan is billed from June 1 through
May 1.  It is not prorated, but merely the annual tuition divided by 12 equal payments.  The first month’s tuition is non-refundable.

Late Fee

5% of Account Balance

On the 11th of each month, the entire account balance will be assessed a late fee of 5%.  Please refer to the Student Handbook concerning the delinquent account policy. $25 max.

Withdrawal Policy

Upon early withdrawal from MZCS, no Enrollment Fee, Materials Fee, ASC Enrollment Fee, or Tuition refunds will be made, with the following Tuition exception:  If pre-payment has been made, a refund will be given minus the equivalent of the first month’s tuition plus a 15% processing fee.  No curriculum materials will be given out.

ASC Program
Enrollment

The After School Care program is designed for MZCS students only.  Early arrival begins at 7:45, and the ASC program ends at 5:30.  The ASC Enrollment Fee is non-refundable.  ASC payments are due weekly on Monday, or monthly by the 10th of the month.  ASC payment is required for the days reserved, whether or not your child attends.

Early Arrival

The Early Arrival program covers 7:45am until 8:10am.  Children arriving at this time in the morning who are not in the ASC program will be charged $0.50 per day.  There is no charge for children who are in the ASC program.  This amount will be billed to the account.
