The Enrollment Fee must be submitted with the enrollment or re-enrollment form. It is non-refundable unless MZCS cannot enroll the student. Student insurance is included in this fee.

The Materials Fee provides textbooks and consumable learning supplies for academic subjects and free student admission to MZCS home basketball games. It does not include field trips, lunches, personal school supplies, school pictures, choir t-shirt fees, PE t-shirt fees, or yearbook. The Materials Fee is non-refundable.
